RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Home Decoration Accessories stands behind our products.

• Customers have 5 business days (7 calendar days), from date of receipt, to file a claim for a return (including damaged merchandise) or an exchange.
• Please contact us for an authorization to return or exchange merchandise.  All returns may be subject to 20% restocking fees.
• Merchandise advertised, marked, or otherwise noted as “As-Is” condition is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• If the merchandise is damaged, we will issue a return authorization.  When we get the merchandise back, we will issue a credit or send replacements at no cost.

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CLAIMS MUST HAVE A RMA! 

EXCHANGES

Merchandise may be exchanged if it is in original packaging.  Please call for authorization before returning.

Merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Merchandise may be returned if unopened and in original packaging. Merchandise must be in resalable condition. Please call for authorization before returning.

DAMAGES/DEFECTS/PARTS MISSING

Prior to filing a missing product/part claim, please verify that all boxes from the shipment have been delivered. Multiple piece shipments have quantity of boxes on the shipping labels (i.e. 1 of 5). Products are repacked to reduce box size and weight to reduce shipping charges. Please go through all packing material and open all inner boxes.

For Damaged/Defect Claims:

Receipt of order:

If boxes are, or appear to be, damaged upon delivery, document (photograph) immediately and file a claim with the carrier.

If damages/defects are found upon opening/assembling, document the damages/defects.

Detailed Description of damages/defects is required. Photographic documentation may be requested.

Replacement Process:

We will issue a RS Tag/Call Tag for damaged merchandise. Please contact us and we will determine what the best way to handle the claim is.

Merchandise must be packed and returned in original packaging. If products are returned packed improperly, the Damaged/Defective claim may be denied/reduced.

If no damages/defects are found with product, merchandise will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. If a RS Tag was issued, the return freight will be deducted from the return amount.

Certain products cannot be replaced. A credit will be given to products damaged that cannot be replaced.

Replacement parts/products are sent out standard ground shipping. If expedited shipping is requested, the difference between the cost of expedited shipping versus ground shipping will be charged to the customer.

REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS/PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT OUT PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE DAMAGED PRODUCT BACK. NO EXCEPTIONS!
