SHIPPING FAQ

When will my order ship?   

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.                                                                                           

Where will my order ship from?  

Orders ship FOB from Germantown, WI 53022

What carriers do you use?

Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL (International). Pallets (aka LTL/Truck) are shipped via R & L, RoadRunner, UPS, or YRC. Please Note: FedEx,  UPS, and DHL do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.   

Are you able to ship via my preferred carrier? 

Orders may be shipped via your preferred carrier. Please contact us with your preferred carrier. 

How soon will I get my order?

Orders are sent via UPS Ground/SurePost, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, USPS First Class, Retail, Flat Rate or Regional Rate. If you need your order by a specific date, please include that when placing your order. Orders may be delayed if address information is incorrect.

Is Expedited Shipping available?

Expedited Shipping is available. Please contact us for details. (800) 827-2772. Please note: Expedited freight charges MUST be authorized by 1:00 P.M. CST to be processed same day. An additional fee may be incurred for late pick up/drop off.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Freight Charges for Ground/Standard shipments, within the contiguous U.S., are based on the Tier Structure below.

Tier pricing is not available to Alaska/Hawaii, International, LTL, and Expedited order. The minimum for LTL shipments is $125.00. Additional charges may be applied for special handling requirements, including but not limited to signature requested, residential delivery, lift gate, inside delivery, and/or redelivery fee. Customs and taxes are the recipients responsibility for all international orders. 

Certain exclusions may apply. Home Decoration Accessories reserves the right to modify freight charge structure at any time.

What do I do if there is a shortage in my order?

Please check that you have received all boxes. Although rare, a carrier may not deliver all packages in an order the same day, i.e. delivering 6 packages out of 7. Please check the address label for the number of boxes within the shipment.

If shipped via trucking line, please count the number of boxes received on skid before signing for delivery. In addition, check that the stretch wrap is intact. 

If you received all the boxes from the shipment, please open all boxes before claiming shortages.

In order to reduce freight charges, merchandise may be packed together. Every effort will be made to label the boxes that have multiple items.

Home Decoration Accessories is not liable for lost, stolen, and/or missing product if delivery confirmation is not requested. 

What do I do if the boxes are damaged upon delivery?

When you receive your order/shipment, please take a photograph if possible. After opening the damaged box, note the damage to the product, being as specific as possible. Photograph the damaged merchandise as well. 

Please have the driver make a note of damage at the time of delivery.

Contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
